But then again, did I really expect myself not to? Anyways, this means I now have River Styxx and LITDH Midge on the way, and possibly even arriving today with free shipping. Gotta say, I'm pretty darned impressed by how quickly my order was expedited. Oh, and the store I purchased them from gave you a gift certificate if you signed up for their newsletter, so double-yay! Midge was already on sale, and with the certificate I save another 10-ish usd, which is why I went for it to tell you the truth. Sooo... I left this window open all day yesterday without publishing, so a few updates. The package did arrive, so I went and picked it up, while doing some present shopping for the hubster. He's been stressed and overworked lately, so I thought I'd try to cheer him up a bit with a Funko Pop Tyrael from Diablo. I also found a yellow transparant Belch and Barf mini figure from HTTYD which I'd never seen before, and since we've been looking for the wee two-headed creature, I picked him up too. It was nice to see him smile ^__^ As for River and Midge, after I unpacked the two, I realised two things; 1) I'd been very lucky with River, because although she's made in Indonesia, and her head is like a rock from all the glue, none of it has leaked out yet, and her hair is smooth and soft and lovely, which made me VERY happy, since I hate dealing with the greasy mess Indonesia dolls normally bring with them. And 2) I now have a favourite playline doll of all time. Midge. She is beautiful! And I'm dessperately itching to spoil her with pretty clothing ^__^;; I've been thinking of re-organising my collection a bit, now since I've started thinning it out slightly. I think I'm gonna start with hanging my Mattel Winx dolls on the wall. I mean, they're MIB, so dusting them is simple enough, and it'd leave more room in the cabinet. Now I just have to decide wheather I should use nails or hooks.
