Urrgh...

Let me tell you about my week. Last friday, I had a wee bit of an accident. I fell down the stairs, landing on my arse. I had a bruise the size of texas on my bum, one on my left upper arm, a very sore left foot and a horribly painful right arm, since I managed to pull what I estimate to be every single muscle in it from my wrist to my shoulder. This left me mildly disabled for the next few days, which wouldn't have been a problem, if not for the bae coming home from work with a cold. And of course, it couldn't just be the sniffles. Full-on cold, with a fever, chills and more mucus than anyone cares to know about. Whoopee. 3 days later, I contracted same. So that's how we spent his saved-up vacation week; in pain, up to our armpits in tissues, and noses so clogged our ears were ringing. Fun. There have been a couple of Sylvanian updates though: I got the Marlowe Cat family from the local toy-shop when we had to go out for groceries, and we've won two more yahoo auctions for the big red-roofed house (his choice) and House on the Hill (mine), so yay. Can't wait to pay for them and have them shipped, along with my wash sets ^__^ It's going to be so mych fun choosing wallpapers, painting details and decorating the house, I'm all excited and constantly looking for good deals on furniture and accessory sets! Some stuff will definately have to come from ebay, whether I like it or not, since that seems to be the main place for finding old Tomy pieces. Will nevertheless be keeping an eye on YJP since you never know what might show up. I'm sincerely hoping we'll be content with one house each though, because space is definately an issue haha
